1. Licence to use

ISSULOGIX Books is licensed, not sold. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and run the software within the seat and activation limits of your chosen plan.

2. Licence validation

The software validates its licence with our servers periodically. You agree not to circumvent, disable, or tamper with this validation. If a licence expires or is revoked, the software enters a read-only mode; your data remains fully exportable at all times.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for hosting, backing up, and securing your own installation and data, and for the accuracy of the financial records you maintain in the software.

4. Refunds

Paid plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but may be cancelled to prevent renewal.

5. Limitation of liability

ISSULOGIX Books is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ISSULOGIX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the software. The software is a tool and does not constitute accounting or tax advice.
