ISSULOGIX Books is self-hosted accounting software operated by ISSULOGIX, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact: support@issulogix.com.

2. Your business data stays with you

Because ISSULOGIX Books is self-hosted, your invoices, customers, financial records and documents are stored on your own server or computer. We do not collect, store, or have access to your bookkeeping data.

3. What we do process

To validate your license, your installation periodically sends us non-personal license metadata: license ID, activation ID, a hashed machine fingerprint, app version, deployment domain, IP address, and the number of active users (for seat enforcement). We never receive customer names, financial figures, or document contents.

4. Marketing & enquiries

If you contact us through this website, we use the details you provide (name, company, email, phone) solely to respond to your enquiry and manage your subscription.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you by emailing support@issulogix.com.
